If you would like to present your research, you will need to prepare and submit an abstract for either an oral presentation or poster session. You will need to complete the abstract submission form and the registration form.
Oral presentations are to be 15 minutes in length, with 5 minutes scheduled for questions.
Posters should fit on a 36" (height) x 48" (width) poster board. Typically the poster session is held on the second day of GSS.
Please note that registration is required for all non-faculty 2018 GSS attendees. If you plan to attend, regardless of whether or not you are presenting, you must register in order to participate. Due to shortages in past years because of unregistered attendees we have implemented a new policy. Name tags will be distributed at check-in for those who have registered. There will be a "walk-in" registration each morning of the event, but some activities (particularly lunches and the mixer) may still be space limited.
Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
